Independent Sales Representative – Quilt & Textile Industry
Robert Kaufman Fabrics (home of Kona® Cotton) is seeking a motivated and experienced independent sales representative to manage and grow our Mountain West (Utah and Colorado) territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven professional with a proven B2B sales track record to deepen relationships, expand market reach, and drive results. You’ll take over an active, established account base and represent well-known, in-demand product lines with full autonomy as a 1099 contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet regularly with quilt shops and other B2B customers to present new releases and current product lines
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts
• Actively prospect for new business in your region
• Schedule and execute efficient sales appointments across your territory
• Hit sales targets and provide reliable sales forecasting
• Serve as a brand ambassador and trusted partner to your customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and account support
What You Bring:
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
• Industry experience required: textiles, hand-crafts, or a directly related category
• Ability to travel regularly within your region (60–75%)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self-starter with strong follow-through and customer focus

• Commission-only role with unlimited earning potential
