Patient Care Advisor – Healthcare Appointments
We are hiring a confident, phone-based sales professional in South Africa to join a high-performing US healthcare team.
This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity for someone who knows how to handle inbound leads, build trust quickly, and guide conversations toward a clear outcome: booked appointments.

About the Role
You’ll be speaking with inbound callers who are already interested in treatment options and need guidance on next steps.
Your role is to:
Make them feel comfortable
Clearly explain the process
Confidently guide them toward booking an appointment
This is not cold calling. These are warm, inbound enquiries where your ability to connect and convert makes the difference.
Important Context
This role supports patients seeking access to medical cannabis treatment through licensed providers.
You don’t need prior industry experience, but you do need to be comfortable working in a healthcare environment connected to medical cannabis. Full training is provided.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (US hours)
Schedule may adjust slightly based on call volumes
Pay
$6.50 per hour
Stable, long-term remote opportunity with consistent hours
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer inbound calls from prospective patients
Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression
Explain the appointment and certification process clearly
Guide patients toward booking appointments
Work toward daily and weekly conversion targets
Capture accurate notes and manage follow-ups in the CRM
Stay up to date on services and process changes
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of phone-based B2C sales or appointment setting experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion targets
Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
Ability to take control of a conversation and guide it toward an outcome
Previous remote work experience
Comfortable working US hours

Experience working with US customers
Call center or high-volume inbound sales experience
Appointment setting in healthcare or service-based industries
Experience using CRM or dialer systems

Windows-based computer (Mac not supported)

Stable fibre internet (wired connection)
Reliable backup power for both PC and internet
