**Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Answering customer calls professionally, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and personalized support
* Providing customers with clear explanations of our service standards, policies, and procedures
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact
* Routing inbound calls to the most suitable resources, ensuring seamless customer experience
* Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
* Completing call notes and call reports, updating CRM records as necessary
* Gathering and evaluating relevant data to handle and document customer complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of customer interactions, including comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
* Some experience in sales and customer service
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with proper grammar and tone
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
