Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Manage a small caseload (6–7 clients) located primarily in the West 820 Loop & I-35W corridor
• Complete weekly in-home visits, including parent training and caregiver collaboration
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs, both in-home and remotely
• Use a tablet-based ABA data collection platform for efficient documentation
• Motivate and engage clients through learning, play, and positive reinforcement
• Maintain professional, confidential communication with families and staff
• All non-client time is fully remote
Requirements
• Active BCBA certification and LBA license
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Health, or a related field
• Clean background check and drug screen
• Passion for high-quality, ethical ABA and family collaboration
