At Lap of Love, we believe your first role should do more than build clinical skills. It should help you grow your confidence, feel deeply supported, and reconnect you with the compassion that brought you to veterinary medicine in the first place. Through our Start with LOVE program, we’ve designed a new graduate experience that blends mentorship, hands-on learning, and meaningful work.
