**Job Description**
As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be the front-line of our customer experience, providing innovative and customer-obsessed service through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for:
* **Resolving customer and candidate issues**: Use your excellent interpersonal communication skills to resolve issues via phone, email, and chat, and provide a positive and encouraging experience for our customers and candidates.
* **Completing projects assigned by the support manager**: Work collaboratively with our support team to complete projects and achieve our goals.
