Responsibilities
• Assist Human Resources and Training staff with audit preparation.
• Scan/fax documents, upload documents into the electronic system, and perform other general clerical duties in support of the department. Research and gather information as needed.
• Coordinate employee credentialling and licensing requirements.
• Responsible for employment verifications, motor vehicle registration checks, and the Department of Children and Families (DCF) affiliation list.
• Manage employee file compliance.
• Assist with HRIS maintenance, data entry, tracking, and reporting. Ensure accuracy of data entry.
• Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Companys Program Practice Guidelines.
