Responsibilities include:</p> <ul><li>Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and role requirements</li><li>Build and manage a high-quality multi-step interview process</li><li>Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across all open roles</li><li>Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling efficiently</li><li>Own onboarding to create a strong new hire experience</li><li>Maintain employee documentation, records, and handbook updates</li><li>Design and manage the company performance review process</li><li>Support leadership with performance improvement plans and employee development</li><li>Partner on compensation planning, raises, and promotions</li><li>Administer benefits, PTO policies, and employee support requests</li><li>Manage employee growth plans and training initiatives</li><li>Coordinate gifting, recognition, and internal culture programs</li><li>Ensure HR practices remain compliant and aligned with company values</li></ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul><li> 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, and Recruiting</li><li>Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding</li><li>Experience in startup, fast-growth, or entrepreneurial environments preferred</li><li>Experience hiring executive or C-level talent preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of HR best practices, benefits, and employee documentation</li><li>Experience using AI tools to improve recruiting or HR workflows preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and process-building skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability</li><li>High discretion with sensitive employee matters</li><li>Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through</li></ul> <ul></ul> <h2>About You</h2> <p>You are a high-accountability people leader who combines empathy with execution.
