Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals
Provide data-driven insights on workforce planning, org design, and talent needs
Lead HR support through change initiatives (growth, restructures, operational shifts)
2. Talent & Leadership Development
Oversee talent strategies including recruiting alignment, succession planning, and leadership development
Coach leaders on performance management, goal setting, and development planning
Identify and develop high-potential talent and critical roles
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as senior escalation point for employee relations issues and investigations
Ensure consistent application of policies, corrective action, and employment law compliance
Partner with legal/compliance teams to mitigate risk and strengthen practices
4. Operational Execution
Drive consistent execution of HR processes across locations
Partner with centralized HR functions (payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruiting) for seamless delivery
Support adoption of HR systems (Workday) and operational routines
5. Performance & Engagement
Lead performance management cycles and talent reviews
Drive engagement initiatives and culture alignment
Monitor key metrics (turnover, retention, performance, engagement) and act on insights
6. Functional Expertise Ownership
Serve as SME in a designated HR discipline (e.g., Talent Management, Compliance, Workers’ Comp)
Develop tools, processes, and best practices across the enterprise
