Role Description
You'll handle the administrative workload that keeps a property business running — tenant communications, maintenance coordination, supplier management, document preparation, and data entry. You'll be organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple properties and tasks without dropping anything.
• Handle tenant enquiries and maintenance requests via email
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to schedule and follow up on repairs
• Maintain property records, tenancy documents, and compliance folders
• Prepare tenancy agreements, letters, and reports from templates
• Update property listings across Rightmove, Zoopla, and internal systems
Qualifications
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional written English for tenant and supplier communications
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and tracking them to completion
• Reliable and self-directed — you don't need to be chased
Requirements
• Experience in property management, lettings, or estate agency (nice to have)
• Familiarity with property management software (Arthur, Fixflo, or similar) (nice to have)
• Understanding of UK tenancy administration (helpful but not required)
