Role Description
We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Seasonal Route Performance Specialist position located remotely. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level. This position is not expected to continue beyond 3 months. Compensation is $18/hr.
• Reviewing red notes and notating the information in the right place
• Editing red notes
• Organize, create, and maintain routes for several Pest Control Area offices
• Attend 1:1, team meetings, support channel meetings, and any other meetings assigned by your supervisor
• Collaborate within and with other departments
• Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Requirements
• Prior customer service experience
• Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with others
• Superior organization and prioritization skills
• Able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
• Strong customer service and issue resolution skills
• A quiet and distraction-free working space
• Stable internet connection with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps
• Jitter below 20 milliseconds
• Dedicate full attention to job duties during working hours
