We’re building our high-performance Sales Setter team in Scottsdale and looking for driven individuals who want to break into high-ticket sales with a clear path to a closing role. —————————————————————————————— WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Sales Development Setter, you are the first contact point for high-intent prospects exploring Mastermind’s programs. Your job is to qualify, engage, and convert inbound and outbound leads into booked strategy calls for our closing team. Let’s be clear — this is not an order-taking job. You’re not reading scripts to uninterested strangers. You’re having real, in-depth conversations with people who want to change their lives and the lives of the people around them. Every call matters. Every conversation has the potential to be the moment someone decides to bet on themselves. Our sales philosophy is built on the Challenger Sale methodology — teach, tailor, and take control of every conversation. You won’t just be asking questions and hoping for a booking. You’ll learn to reframe how prospects see their own problems, deliver insights that shift their thinking, and guide them toward a decision with confidence. This is the same framework used by top-performing sales organizations worldwide, and you’ll be trained in it from day one. In this role, you will develop mastery of B2C high-ticket sales — a skillset that will exponentially accelerate your career growth, both inside Mastermind and anywhere you go. Your Daily Performance Standards: • 300+ outbound dials per day • 100+ text messages per day • 3–4 booked qualified appointments per day • Consistent daily activity tracking via HubSpot These are not suggestions — they are the baseline. You earn commission on every appointment you set that closes — meaning the better you qualify, the more you make. Commission is also retroactive: the moment you hit the next tier, every deal that month pays at the higher rate.
