Katie Sampayo — a transformational brand helping high-achievers and entrepreneurs design lives they love — is seeking a high-performing, heart-centered Sales Closer to join our growing team. This is more than a sales role. This is your chance to use your sales superpower to change lives — while working with a brand built on authenticity, deep personal growth, and results that matter. • *What You’ll Be Selling** You’ll be closing high-ticket offers that include: • Transformational group coaching programs for entrepreneurs with and without 1-1 support • Luxury transformational retreat experiences built into the top tier programs • (Price points range from $2,250–$30,000+ with primary offer being $18,000) • *What You’ll Be Doing** This is a dynamic role that includes both high-level sales strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves daily hustle: Your Responsibilities • Engage qualified leads from DMs, landing pages, webinars, and referrals • Conduct discovery & closing calls with leads (booked by you or our setter) • Run cold/warm outreach (text, email, DMs, and calls) to re-engage older leads or fast-follow hot leads • Work in partnership with our appointment setter to ensure calendar is full and lead handoff is smooth • Track and update CRM records daily with notes, deal stage, and next steps (GoHighLevel) • Deliver genuine, high-converting sales conversations that maintain integrity, empathy, and alignment • Provide strategic feedback to the team about offer messaging, objections, and close rates • *Requirements** Must-Have Experience: • Proven success closing high-ticket offers ($5K–$30K+) in the coaching, consulting, or transformation spaces • Must have hired a coach yourself before and fully understand the value of coaching. • Understand objection handling in trauma-informed or values-aligned ways • Track record of hitting or exceeding commission-based sales goals (aim for 25%+ close rate) • Confidence and emotional intelligence to sell transformational outcomes, not just features • High proficiency in English (C1/C2) with natural, authentic communication style • Experience with cold/warm outbound follow-up and basic appointment-setting techniques • Thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments with minimal handholding • *Tech & Tools: • Comfortable using or learning GoHighLevel CRM • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Workspace, and Slack • Able to manage lead pipelines and calendar with precision • *Bonus Points If You: • Have sold for a personal development, wellness, or spiritual coaching brand before and maintained a 25% or higher close rate • Have gone through leadership/transformational/emotional intelligence training yourself (Landmark/ MITT / Gratitude / Heart Core Leadership / Etc.) • *Why Join Us? • Purpose-driven brand: You’ll work directly with Katie Sampayo, creator of the Life ReDesign Methodology • Warm leads: You’re not stuck grinding for new leads — you're talking to aligned, interested people • Mission that matters: Every call you close creates real transformation in someone’s life • Supportive team culture: We want closers who feel like family, not just commission chasers • Growth opportunity: High-performers can grow into sales leadership, training, or program advisor roles • *Compensation • 100% commission-based • Generous tiered commission structure • Monthly bonuses available for exceeding targets • Typical full-time closers on this team can earn $8K–$20K+ per month • *Schedule & Logistics • Full-time availability preferred (30–40 hours/week) • Be available for all LIVE online events where sales leads are being generated/ LIVE offers are being dropped (about 1 per week) • Flexibility in schedule but must be available for client calls across time zones • 100% remote, but high accountability and daily communication required • *Ready to A Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
