We work with:
• motivated sellers
• time-sensitive problems
• families navigating complex and emotionally charged situations
• sellers who’ve been stuck for months (or years)
These deals don’t close in one call. Your job is to figure it out and get the deal done.

Your Role
• Work warm & hot, motivated seller leads
• Break down complex situations and find the real opportunity
• Build rapport quickly — and maintain it over multiple touchpoints
• Analyze deals (ARV, comps, rehab, creative structures)
• Negotiate and lock up contracts
• Stay on top of follow-up like your income depends on it (because it does)
