You Are UST HealthProof is searching for a highly motivated and experienced HealthRules Payer Configuration and Implementation Manager to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of configuration analysts both onshore and offshore to ensure the successful delivery of a fully configured HealthRules system. The Opportunity • Play a leadership role to support and drive active implementation initiative, which will be client facing as well as working with other areas in the organization. • Play a key role in advising clients on their business problems as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). • Responsible for ensuring implementations are delivered successfully on time, and in alignment with project objectives by monitoring progress, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, as needed. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support seamless project execution. • Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team (onshore and offshore), providing guidance, support, and resolution of complex issues to ensure high‑quality deliverables and continuous professional development. What You Need • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. • Must have five+ years of experience/knowledge of HealthRules Payor, a claims processing system. • Must have experience in implementing one or more line of business – Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial, Self‑funded, etc. • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey business requirements/configuration effectively. • Experience working with global teams is a plus. • Skills & competencies: detail oriented, good communication skills, self‑starter, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio, experience with Agile tools and methodologies including JIRA and SCRUM. Compensation & Location Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote‑US Compensation Range: $135,000‑$155,000 A successful employee in this role may be eligible for incentive payments based on company and individual performance. Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the U.S. are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company‑paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive‑based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part‑time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the U.S. are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year). All U.S. employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
