The Opportunity
We are looking for a hungry, self-driven healthcare sales representative to help grow our client base. This is a 100% commission-based 1099 role with no cap on earnings. You bring us a signed client — you get paid. Simple.
What You Will Do
• Identify independent physician practices that need RCM help
• Build relationships with practice owners, physicians, and office managers
• Set discovery calls and introduce WestWave's services
• Close the client or hand off to us for the final close
• Earn commission for every client you bring in
Who We Are Looking For
✅ Former pharma rep, medical device rep, or healthcare IT sales rep
✅ Existing relationships with independent physician practices — especially family medicine, behavioral health, internal medicine, urgent care, or physical therapy
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on commission
✅ Based anywhere in the USA fully remote, flexible schedule
✅ Understanding of basic medical billing or RCM is a plus - not required

Compensation
