Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for executive, technical, and campus roles by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Utilize internal dialer and texting tools
• Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates through social media management, cold calling, and networking events.
• Negotiate employment terms and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.
• Manage candidate evaluation processes including employee orientation, employee relations, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with HR teams on talent acquisition strategies such as succession planning, internal recruiting initiatives, and training & development programs.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with a focus on executive recruiting or technical recruiting.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and clients.
• Ability to perform research using social media platforms and professional networks for lead generation.

Pay: $76,300.24 - $300,000.00 per year
