The Role
We are hiring a Head of Creator Network to lead and scale the Epic Creator Network across affiliate, ambassador, influencer, and creator partnerships. This is not a traditional affiliate management role. The Creator Network is one of our highest-quality acquisition channels. Customers acquired through creators generate a 6.8x LTV:CAC over 365 days—better than paid social, better than Google, and second only to organic.
You will operate at the intersection of creator partnerships, content strategy, ecommerce, growth marketing, community, and brand. You will work across Growth & Paid Media, Social & Content, Ecommerce, Community & Membership, and Retail & Partnerships, supported by an offshore coordinator team.
What You Own
Creator Program Strategy & Growth
Lead and scale the Epic Creator Network across four tiers: Affiliate, Ambassador, Pro, and VIP
Build systems to increase creator output and RPAC (the program’s north star metric)
Evolve commission structures, incentives, and creator experiences as the program scales
Identify new opportunities for creator-led commerce, product launches, and distribution
Close the gap between accepted creators and producing creators
Grow and manage our whitelisting pipeline for paid media
Creator Partnerships & Relationships
Recruit high-potential creators across gardening, homesteading, wellness, food, sustainability, DIY, and outdoor living
Build long-term strategic relationships with top-tier creators, including VIP paid partnerships
Develop collaboration formats: creator collections, curated bundles, launches, livestreams, whitelisting, and campaigns
Identify emerging talent early—the creators worth betting on before they’re obvious
Act as a trusted partner to creators while maintaining strong business discipline
Performance & Analytics
Own program KPIs: Program Revenue, Active Creator Count, RPAC, Creator Activation Rate, LTV:CAC contribution, whitelisted ad performance
Report weekly on T7/T30/T90 vs. prior year across all core metrics
Build creator segmentation strategies that prioritize effort where return is highest
Content & Campaign Coordination
Coordinate creator campaigns around product launches, seasonal moments, retail opportunities, and promotions
Help creators produce high-performing content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels
Collaborate with internal content and paid media teams to maximize distribution and amplification
Own the creator brief process—creators should know what to make and why it will perform
Systems & Operations
Build scalable onboarding, communication, and reporting systems
Manage program budget: commissions, gifting, and partnership fees
Lead execution through offshore coordination resources
Improve tooling, automation, attribution, and reporting infrastructure over time
Who You Are
Equal parts creator strategist, relationship builder, growth operator, and systems thinker. You understand creator psychology and ecommerce economics. You know when to push a creator and when to give them space. You don’t confuse a full inbox with a productive program.
You are energized by identifying talent early, building relationships that compound, and creating systems that run without you doing every task yourself. You thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments where you build rather than maintain.
You’re comfortable in Superfiliate, can read a Triple Whale dashboard without a briefing, and aren’t afraid to build a targeting list on a Monday and close a VIP deal on a Friday.
Experience
7–10+ years in creator partnerships, influencer leadership, or affiliate program ownership at a DTC/ecommerce brand, media company, creator economy platform, or agency (hands-on execution, not just account management)
Track record of moving program revenue
Deep understanding of social platforms, creator trends, and what makes content perform
Strong grasp of ecommerce fundamentals: AOV, LTV, CAC, attribution
Experience managing cross-functional work with growth, creative, and ecommerce teams
Comfortable managing freelancers, coordinators, or offshore support
Bonus if: genuine interest in gardening, wellness, food, sustainability, or outdoor living, familiarity with Shopify ecosystem, experience with creator whitelisting and paid amplification via Meta, experience building creator communities or membership ecosystems, & existing network of creators or influencer managers in relevant categories
