Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Gym Equipment Commission Sales Associate at Xometrics. The Associate will engage potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of Xometrics' fitness platform.
Responsibilities include generating leads, building client relationships, executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will also provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and represent the brand at trade shows and fitness events as needed.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, commission-based roles, or customer acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the fitness, health, or wellness industry is highly beneficial
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and client meetings
