• Billing workflows
• System behavior
Gather business requirements
Translate business needs into functional solutions
This is highly client-facing.
• Defect Triage
Analyze production/UAT defects
Identify
• Root cause
• Severity
• Business impact
Coordinate with developers/testing teams
Prioritize fixes
• Impact Analysis
• Estimation Oversight
• UAT Support
