Job Description:
• Build and scale our AI-powered outbound engine for two brands
• Responsible for end-to-end campaigns (targeting, list building, sequencing, optimization)
• Generate a steady stream of qualified leads by intelligently combining AI and automation tools
• Ensure clean, structured CRM data and reliable workflows
• Translate sales goals into automated software processes
Requirements:
• Experience in growth, RevOps, or outbound marketing
• Proven track record with end-to-end outbound campaigns
• In-depth understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
• User insight and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
• Data-driven, proactive, and confident in working with automation and AI
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
