This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Europe Your profile We're looking for a high-impact Growth & Marketing Lead to take ownership of our demand generation engine during a maternity cover and potentially beyond. Are you a B2B SaaS marketer with a strong demand generation background and the confidence to own pipeline outcomes end-to-end? There is a clear path to taking on full Marketing Leadership ownership for the right person. This is a fixed-term position with the possibility of extension to permanent employment. What You'll Do • Own end-to-end marketing performance-from strategy and planning through to execution and measurable results • Drive pipeline generation through targeted inbound and paid media campaigns across key markets (Europe, APAC, North America) • Lead and support a small marketing team, ensuring focus, output quality, and momentum throughout the engagement • Design, launch, andoptimisehigh-impact marketingprogrammesacross LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels • Refine messaging and positioning-sharpen howCenoscocommunicates its value across all channels and to the right ICPs • Introduce structure, planning, and repeatable processes to marketing operations • Collaborate closely with commercial teams to align on pipeline targets, deal size focus, and GTM priorities • Track and report on KPIs: pipeline quality, campaign performance, funnel conversion-and act quickly on what the data shows What Success Looks Like Within your first months, you will have: • Maintained ARR momentum while bringing greater clarity and focus to ICP targeting and deal sizeprioritisation • Improved the effectiveness and measurability of marketing initiatives • Strengthened alignment between marketing activity and revenue outcomes • Launched at least one high-impact initiative that meaningfully improves pipeline quality or volume • Left behind a function that is more scalable, predictable, and performance-driven than you found it ​ What You'll Need • 7-10+ years in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation-with a clear record of driving pipeline in vertical SaaS environments • Proven experience managing paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and inboundprogrammesacross international markets • Experience in asset-heavy industries (energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, Oil & Gas) is a strong plus • Comfortable in a player-coach role-you can lead a small team and stay hands-on with execution • Strong analytical skills,KPI/OKR frameworks, funnel metrics, and data-driven decision making • High ownership mindset, strongprioritisation, and a results-driven attitude • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills in English • Based in Europe, sofully remote-friendly • Available to start quickly; interim and project-oriented professionals are very welcome Why You'll Love Working with Us • Immediate ownership and visibility.You'll have real influence on growth outcomes from day one, not a supporting role • Autonomy with high expectations and a capable team behind you • A clear path to permanent Marketing Leadership for the right person • A genuinely differentiated product in a high-stakes, niche industry where marketing actually matters • Flexible, remote-friendly setup across Europe • Competitive compensation with additional perks • Team activities chosen by the team,not picked to look good on LinkedIn • A collaborative, no-ego group of engaged and genuinely helpful people around you This offer from "Cenosco" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 83% flex score.
