About the Role:
The Growth Marketing Coach will act as a strategic leader responsible for guiding, coaching, and elevating the companyโs marketing function. This role is not purely executional. Instead, it focuses on developing strategy, driving performance, and coaching the internal marketing team to operate at a higher level. The ideal candidate brings both strong marketing expertise and the ability to mentor others, ensuring that campaigns, messaging, and initiatives directly support revenue growth while maintaining alignment with the companyโs culture and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Business Alignment
Design and lead marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals
Identify opportunities to improve positioning, acquisition, and retention
Translate business objectives into clear marketing priorities and initiatives
Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the companyโs high-ticket model
Team Coaching & Performance Development
Coach and mentor the marketing team to improve execution and strategic thinking
Define KPIs, expectations, and accountability frameworks for the team
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
Build a culture of ownership, proactivity, and continuous improvement
Campaign Oversight & Optimization
Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
Ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy, timelines, and performance targets
Guide the team in optimizing campaigns based on data and results
Step in when needed to unblock execution or improve outcomes
Analytics & Decision Making
Monitor key metrics and evaluate campaign performance across channels
Analyze ROI and identify areas for optimization and growth
Provide clear reporting and insights to leadership
Use data to drive strategic decisions and improve marketing effectiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales to ensure alignment between marketing and revenue goals
Facilitate communication between marketing and other departments
Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and customer experience
Market Awareness & Innovation
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Introduce new ideas, strategies, and technologies to improve performance
Continuously assess competitors and market opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
Must
Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and performance marketing
Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching marketing teams
Strong understanding of content, paid media, funnels, and customer journeys
Ability to analyze data and translate it into strategic decisions
Advanced Spanish (primary business language) and solid English communication
Experience in fast-paced, results-driven environments
Preferred
Experience in coaching, consulting, or education-based businesses
Background in high-ticket services or personal development industries
Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing tech stacks
Experience working with remote or distributed teams
Exposure to scaling businesses or growth-stage environments
