About the position We’re looking for a highly talented Graphic Designer with a refined eye and a strong point of view to help bring the Parachute brand to life across every touchpoint. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing creative assets across channels, ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and performance-driven visual expression of the brand. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of brand identity, a passion for thoughtful, effective design, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Motion design and video editing skills are a strong plus. Responsibilities • Design and execute brand creative across all marketing channels, including email, SMS, site, paid and organic social, direct mail, and retail/in-store placements • Partner closely with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to concept and deliver campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives • Develop high-quality visual assets that drive engagement while maintaining brand integrity • Collaborate with copywriters and cross-functional teams to produce integrated marketing campaigns • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both digital and print assets • Support the ongoing evolution and refinement of Parachute’s visual identity • Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices • Maintain strong organization and version control across creative assets and projects • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices • Experience with motion graphics and video editing Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel marketing design • Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and design systems • Ability to balance creativity with performance objectives in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana is a plus) • Experience designing for email and ecommerce platforms (Klaviyo is a plus) • Understanding of social-first design and digital marketing creative • Experience preparing files for print production (direct mail, retail signage, packaging) • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms and best practices for organizing and maintaining scalable asset libraries • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Benefits • Work that fits your life • Hybrid schedule with Fridays work-from-home • Beautiful HQ in the heart of Culver City, steps from the light rail • Dog friendly office • Take care of you (and your people) • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage • One Medical (full health) , Kindbody (fertility health), and Talkspace (mental health) memberships for modern, easy access to care • Up to 10 weeks of paid parental leave for growing families • Time to truly unplug • Open & flexible PTO - take the time you need, when you need it • Support beyond your paycheck • 401(k) through Empower • Monthly work-from-home stipend • Monthly cell phone reimbursement • Daily delights • Free snacks to keep you fueled • Weekly catered lunch to bring everyone together • Employee Discount • Free bedding for a great night’s sleep, an incredible employee discount, and $300 in free product every year Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
