Grant Writer Intern Remote | Anywhere in Canada Internship: 4–12 Months (Flexible)   Do you love research, writing, and crafting compelling stories that lead to real‑world impact? This opportunity is available to current Ontario‑based university students. What You’ll Do Research and track grant and funding opportunities Draft grant proposals, letters of intent, and applications Align program outcomes with funder priorities and criteria Support budgets, logic models, and impact reporting Conduct research on economic development and SMB trends Gather data, success stories, and documentation for proposals Maintain organized records of applications and outcomes What You Bring 3rd or 4th year student in Communications, Business, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field Strong research, writing, and editing skills Excellent attention to detail and deadline management Ability to synthesize complex information clearly Interest in non‑profit work, entrepreneurship, and community development Nice to Have Research or policy analysis experience Familiarity with impact metrics or reporting Previous non‑profit, internship, or volunteer experience What We Offer Hands‑on grant writing experience Exposure to funding strategies supporting SMBs Meaningful work with measurable community impact Flexible, remote, and supportive work environment Ready to turn strong writing into real funding impact?
