A contract opportunity is available providing telespeech services for students in grades K-8 within a school setting. This role focuses on delivering speech-language pathology support remotely and requires facilitating direct communication with students across two grade bands: K-5 and 6-8. Primary responsibilities include: • Conducting speech-language therapy sessions via telepractice platforms in alignment with individualized education plans. • Collaborating with a dedicated facilitator who will assist by pulling students for therapy sessions. • Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation and reports. • Adapting intervention strategies to meet the unique needs of elementary and middle school students. • Participating in virtual meetings with educators, parents, and service providers to coordinate comprehensive care. Qualifications and experience preferred: • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification. • Experience providing telespeech services in educational environments. • Familiarity with speech therapy approaches appropriate for children in grades K-8. • Strong communication skills and ability to engage students remotely. • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with onsite staff. This assignment is a contract role covering the remainder of the current school year, offering the opportunity to support student speech development within a structured school framework.
