Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead strategic development, operational performance, and cross-company synergies across its international businesses.
The group operates across three regions — North America, Central Asia, and DACH — with a core focus on B2B SaaS and marketplace solutions serving professional services firms (legal, accounting, consulting, IT). Commercially launched in late 2024, the company is now entering its high-growth scaling phase.
This role is central to shaping the company’s next growth phase — balancing visionary leadership with hands-on execution. The CEO will oversee strategic alignment, financial performance, corporate governance, and the development of scalable business systems across the holding’s diverse portfolio.
Location:
Remote/Hybrid — Candidates based in Kazakhstan, Europe, or the USA preferred. Regular travel to regional offices required

Main responsibilities:
Strategic leadership and portfolio management
• Develop and implement the group’s long-term growth and diversification strategy.
• Drive synergies, operational alignment, and cross-company value creation among subsidiaries.
• Oversee M&A strategy, investment decisions, and partnership development.
• Optimize portfolio structure and ensure efficient capital allocation.
Financial and performance management
• Monitor group-level KPIs including revenue growth, profitability, liquidity, CAC/LTV, and net retention.
• Ensure financial sustainability, risk control, and efficient tax and financing structures.
• Oversee consolidated reporting and transparency across all business units.
• Build investor relations and maintain engagement with financial institutions and key stakeholders.
• Year 1 targets include: $1.5M+ in cross-regional revenue, 30% YoY growth, CAC:LTV ratio of 1:4, and reaching break-even within 18 months.
Corporate governance and operational excellence
• Establish and enforce governance standards, compliance frameworks, and corporate policies across the holding.
• Drive automation, process standardization, and digital transformation to improve efficiency.
• Develop competence centers and shared services to support group-wide scalability.
Growth, marketing, and customer strategy
• The group's primary customer segment is micro and small businesses (6–200 employees) in professional services — including legal, accounting, consulting, marketing, architecture, and IT firms. The CEO will shape go-to-market strategy tailored to this ICP across regions.
• Lead market positioning and international expansion of portfolio companies.
• Guide unified brand development, customer retention strategies, and channel optimization.
• Anticipate market trends and ensure strategic agility across all business verticals.
Leadership and culture
• Build and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering accountability and innovation.
• Implement group-level OKR/KPI systems and performance management frameworks.
• Shape a culture of collaboration, transparency, and entrepreneurial thinking across all companies.
External relations and public representation
• Represent the company in global markets, industry forums, and with government and financial partners.
• Build strategic alliances and partnerships that expand the group’s innovation and investment ecosystem.
• Promote the company's corporate brand and visibility among investors and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years as CEO, Managing Director, or Group Executive within diversified or holding structures.
• Background in B2B SaaS, PaaS, cloud marketplaces, fintech, or digital lending strongly preferred. Experience scaling products from CIS/emerging markets into Western markets (US, Europe) is a strong advantage.
• Proven success leading growth, M&A, or transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Solid background in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic planning.
• Experience with digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, and international expansion.
