Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound leads against defined ICP criteria
Prospect into target accounts across different industries
Identify and engage decision-makers
Execute multi-touch outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Set qualified meetings for Account Executives
Follow up consistently with warm and recycled leads
Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up
Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging
Requirements:
1-3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound-heavy sales role.
Comfortable with high daily activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Strong written communication - you will write more than you will use templates.
Organized and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
Proven B2B experience
Strong HubSpot knowledge
Excellent English proficiency
