General Agency Sales Representative

Are you passionate about helping educators protect what matters most? Join the Horace Mann General Agency (HMGA) sales team and play a meaningful role in connecting educators with insurance solutions that support their unique needs.

As an HMGA Sales Representative, you’ll engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels while partnering closely with our agency network and third-party providers. Your focus will be delivering personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service that drives trust, satisfaction, and growth.

This is a remote position requiring availability during standard operating hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. CST, with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. CST. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment and enjoy building relationships, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact—while working from home.
