About the Role

As a client-focused Relationship Manager on our Commercial team you will serve as the overall strategic owner of assigned client relationships and be accountable for driving long-term revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, and expansion opportunities across your portfolio. You will develop and execute proactive account strategies, strengthen customer partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and align Element’s products and services to support client success. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, executive relationship management, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business results.

Compensation

The hiring base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $132,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
