About the Role
Culmen International is seeking up to two full‑time Program Coordinators to work on a potential DOS‑funded program delivering legal and financial disruption training to countries in Latin America.This position requires the individual to be based in one of the following locations—Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, or Brazil—with regular regional travel.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role
You will work with the Program Manager and advisors to:
Build relationships and liaise with Latin American governments to generate buy‑in and support for program activities
Help arrange logistics for trainings and local activities
Work with local educational institutions and broader stakeholders as needed
Provide timely reports on program activities
Provide the team with local and regional contextual information
Contribute to program development through feedback and participation in team meetings
Contribute to monitoring and evaluation of program activities, including managing pre‑ and post‑course training surveys
Support team meetings and assist other team members
Solve problems and provide solutions and advice to overcome challenges
Required Qualifications
At least three (3) years of experience in project support work
Fluency in English and Spanish
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise with senior government officials
Excellent stakeholder management experience
Physically and medically fit for frequent field travel
Excellent writing skills, with experience drafting client reports
A strong network of contacts in government, law enforcement, or the legal profession in at least two countries in Latin America
Desired Qualifications
Experience delivering international foreign assistance projects
Experience with project financial management
Experience in monitoring and evaluation
Understanding of U.S. Department of State programs or foreign assistance work
Understanding of or experience in anti‑money laundering, investigative techniques, intelligence, or law
