They are seeking an Online Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, process membership changes, and document interactions using their software. This role offers opportunities for growth and includes a work-from-home option.
Responsibilities
- Process emails and take inbound texts/chats from members of our clients’ gyms
- Respond to customer questions in accurate and timely manner following established policies
- Explain and process options regarding upgrading, downgrading, or canceling memberships
- Document customer interaction with our in-house software
Skills
- Must commit to set schedule with minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Team player with willingness to learn and grow
- Basic computer and typing skills
- 1+ year experience in call center customer service environment
