The ideal teammate would be...
An English/Spanish speaking Registered Nurse to work 40 hours a week on weekdays (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ET or 9am-6pm ET - with flex scheduling option of 4 days a week) from the comfort of their own home. This position is flexible and requires RNs who are comfortable performing triage for the elderly population using a virtual visit technology (Telehealth).
The ideal candidate would be able to:
• Receive clinical calls and triage
• Utilize telehealth system and perform virtual visits
• Coordinate care appropriately and timely with members of the care team both internal and external
• Educate members, family, or other caregivers on chronic conditions, diet changes, and pieces of their care plan
• Triage appropriately and escalate to appropriate resources
• Utilize technology for documentation
Would you describe yourself as someone who has:
• Fluency in English and Spanish in writing, reading, and speaking (required)
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (required)
• Current RN License in good standing in the state of NY (required)
• At least 2 years of nursing experience providing care to adult and geriatric patient populations (required)
• Confidence with clinical skills in performance of telephonic triage/assessment (required)
• The ability to work remotely and has a private area in their home/workspace (required)
• A genuine, compassionate desire to serve others and help those in need
• High-speed home WiFi/data connection to support company provided IT equipment
