What you'll do
• Own the end-to-end quality of user-facing UI, from interaction design to production code
• Translate designs into polished, high-fidelity experiences with strong attention to motion, spacing, and feel
• Build and maintain a component system that scales without losing craft
• Collaborate with product and design to raise the bar on what shipped work looks like
• Occasionally run experiments and iterate on flows based on user behavior and data
Requirements
• 4+ years building production frontend with a strong eye for visual and interaction quality
• Obsessive about the gap between "it works" and "it feels right"
• Proficient in React, with experience owning a design system or component library
• Comfortable working from Figma files or from your own design instincts when needed
• Experience running A/B tests (or similar product experiments) and iterating in a data‑driven way
• Professional experience with B2C / consumer‑facing products
• Enough data literacy to sanity-check whether a change actually moved the needle
Experience
• Shipped user-facing products where UI/UX quality was a first-class concern
Education
• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Interest in anime, otaku culture, creator communities, or AI generation
