Position Summary:
Pantheon is seeking a Front-End Developer / UX-UI Product Developer to design and develop the user-facing financial intelligence module within an existing custom web application. This role will shape how users experience, understand, and interact with financial intelligence capabilities by translating complex financial, vendor, contract, and risk data into intuitive and actionable user experiences.
The ideal candidate will balance front-end engineering, UX/UI design, and analytical product thinking to create modern, polished, and highly functional web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop front-end interfaces for a financial intelligence module within an existing custom web application
· Build user-facing features using modern frontend technologies such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, and component libraries
· Translate complex financial, contractual, vendor, and risk data into clear visualizations, workflows, dashboards, charts, and decision-support views
· Develop intuitive navigation, layouts, filters, drilldowns, tables, alerts, exports, and interactive product features
· Collaborate with Data Scientists, Financial Analysts, Data Engineers, and application teams to integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs
· Support integration of the module into the existing application’s architecture, authentication, hosting environment, and design standards
· Build product features that improve user experience, such as curated data exports, saved views, notifications, email alerts, report generation, and user-driven workflows.
· Build reusable design patterns and frontend standards to support future product enhancements
· Support testing, debugging, user feedback, and iterative product improvement activities
· Contribute to product demonstrations, client reviews, and feature refinement discussions
· Ensure frontend functionality is responsive, accessible, performant, and user-friendly
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Design, or related field with 5+ years of relevant frontend development experience
· Experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and component-based development
· Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, particularly for data-heavy applications and analytical platforms
· Experience building dashboards, charts, filters, tables, forms, exports, and interactive web application features
· Ability to translate complex analytical and financial information into intuitive user experiences
· Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs, cloud environments, databases, and backend services
· Familiarity with Azure, Cosmos DB, Python-based backends, or cloud-hosted applications preferred
· Experience with data visualization libraries and complex analytical interfaces.
· Experience designing products for government, DoD, financial management, contracting, risk management, supplier management, or program execution use cases.
· Familiarity with accessibility, responsive design, performance optimization, and reusable design systems.
· Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
