Freelance - Solar Trainer

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Solar Trainer to collaborate with us on a freelance/part-time basis. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in solar energy technologies, entrepreneurship opportunities and practical applications to aspiring professionals, students and entrepreneurs.

Position - Solar Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions on Solar PV Systems, Solar Thermal and related technologies.

• Deliver both theoretical and practical knowledge through workshops, demonstrations and hands-on sessions.

• Guide participants on solar entrepreneurship, installation practices and maintenance.

• Develop training materials, case studies and practical assignments.

• Evaluate participant's progress and provide feedback.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in solar energy systems and renewable technologies.

• Prior experience as a Trainer / Faculty / Industry Professional in the solar domain.

• Ability to handle both technical and practical demonstrations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Flexible to conduct online/offline sessions on-demand.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy or related fields.

• Certification in Solar Installation/Training will be an added advantage.
