Job Description Single Throw Marketing is looking for a freelance Paid Media Specialist who can do far more than simply manage campaigns , we’re looking for someone who can elevate performance, uncover opportunities, deliver exceptional strategic value, ultimately driving results for our clients. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes paid media strategy and consistently delivers exceptional quality, sharp insights, proactive recommendations, and measurable business impact. The right person will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and a true ownership mentality. We want someone who sees opportunities others miss, and is obsessed with improving performance. The ideal candidate will: • Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies across search and other Google properties/campaign types. • Launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on meaningful business growth and KPI achievement • Drive both national and highly localized campaign strategies with precision and attention to nuance • Create compelling ad copy and strategic messaging recommendations across multiple industries and business types • Analyze campaign performance, make recommendations and implement testing to enhance performance results. • Translate campaign data and performance trends into compelling insights, narratives, and recommendations that equip our Account Managers to confidently communicate value and excite clients about results and opportunities • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and actionable insights with a high level of accuracy and clarity Requirements • At least 2 years Paid Media experience • Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel or Google Sheets and other tools • Understanding of digital media trends and best practices • High energy, forward-thinking, and quick learner who works well in a fast-paced environment and wants to work within a robust, cutting-edge media program Additional Information No third parties or search marketing firms will be considered.
