Members can consult provider attorneys for everyday legal needs, document review, and attorney communications when appropriate. LegalShield supports 4.5 million individuals and 140,000 businesses through a broad network of provider law firms and attorneys, informed by more than 150,000 legal-assistance calls each month and over 35 million historical service requests. Through IDShield, members receive identity theft monitoring, alerts, and hands-on restoration support from licensed private investigators. Eligible unrecovered costs from identity fraud may be reimbursed up to $3 million, depending on plan terms. Role Description The Fractional CFO – Cross-Channel Partner is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing financial strategy and performance across multiple revenue channels for Best2ndIncome.com™. This role includes developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support subscription growth, partner programs, and cross-channel initiatives. The Fractional CFO will review and interpret financial statements and reports, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on profitability, pricing, cash flow, and risk management. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating financial reporting cycles, refining KPIs and dashboards, monitoring channel performance, and supporting business cases for new offerings or partnerships. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and partner stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives and sustainable growth. Qualifications • Strong finance foundation, including experience in Finance and Financial Planning for subscription or recurring-revenue businesses. • Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for senior leadership and partners. • Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including building financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions. • Experience supporting cross-channel, partnership, or affiliate-driven business models is preferred. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and communicate clearly with non-financial stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus. • Familiarity with legal services, insurance, or fintech sectors is beneficial but not required.
