Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and KPI tracking
- Support pricing, cost-control, and profitability initiatives
- Advise leadership on growth opportunities, investments, and risk management
- Strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, or senior finance executive
- Strong background in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or container-related industries preferred
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent financial credentials preferred
