We’re seeking an experienced Forms Document Developer, Electronic Publishing Design Specialist 2 to create advanced, interactive PDF form design solutions using Adobe Creative Suite, PAC 2024, CommonLook, and Workfront. The role involves designing high-quality, digitally accessible interactive PDF forms compliant with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Summary of Duties:
- Develop accessible, interactive and print PDF form solutions.
- Coordinate printing and translation.
- Manage projects with Workfront.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four years of graphic arts design production experience.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Graphic Arts may substitute for experience.
Essential Attributes:
- Experienced with interactive PDF form design software (Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro).
- Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 apps, Workfront, PAC 2024, CommonLook PDF.
- Strong visual design and time-management skills.
- Collaborative and self-motivated.
Working Conditions:
- Standard hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
- Eligible for remote work; hybrid option may be available.
