Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Fintech Sales Leader based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Fintech Sales Leader will drive sales initiatives, manage key client relationships, lead customer service efforts, and oversee team training and development. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting revenue goals, mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's objectives. This will be for a portfolio company in the restaurant software space. Preference for candidates in Florida, Texas, NY or near a major US city.
Qualifications
• Strong Sales and Sales Management experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance and effectiveness
• Strategic thinking and leadership abilities to drive business growth and team development
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in fintech or a related industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
• Experience with selling point of sale terminals and software to Restaurants and retail is highly valued
• Experience developing sales collateral and GTM Motion
• Startup and growth stage sales is key
