Primary Purpose: The Program Lead serves as the network-level owner of programmatic vision, curriculum resources, and instructional development for an assigned program area across a portfolio of 14–19 campuses). This role builds instructional leadership capacity in campus-based Teacher Leaders and administrators, operates at the intersection of curriculum and instruction, building program-specific resources at a targeted scale while driving instructional quality through systems, professional development, and campus-level teacher leader cohorts. The Program Lead coordinates and manages existing Content Teacher Leader stipend roles on campuses to extend program reach and ensure consistent implementation without requiring direct presence at every site. In partnership with Managing Directors, Lead Curriculum Developers, and Instruction & Implementation Leads, this role ensures that the assigned program area is resourced, monitored, and continuously improving through the development of instructional leadership in content coaches across all campuses. All program design, Teacher Leader development, and campus support operate from the foundational belief that every teacher is an EB teacher and every leader is an EB leader. Program-level systems are built to serve emergent bilingual students by design, not by exception Duties/Responsibilities: Program Development and Curriculum Resources (30%) • Develop and maintain program-specific curriculum resources, instructional guides, and planning tools for network-wide implementation across PK–5 • Collaborate with Lead Curriculum Developers and Instruction & Implementation Leads to ensure program resources align with core curriculum, IB Programme Standards and Practices, and network instructional priorities • Develop scope and sequence documents, implementation guides, and program standards that define expectations for the assigned program area across all campuses • Ensure all program resources align with current research, evidence-based instructional strategies, and applicable state and federal compliance requirements • Manage vendor relationships, external partnerships, and material procurement relevant to the program area • Apply educational theory and research to inform program design decisions and resource development Teacher Leader Cohort Management (20%) • Recruit, develop, coach, and manage a network of campus-based Content Teacher Leaders (stipend roles) across 14 to 19 schools, building their instructional leadership capacity to serve as program-area leads at their respective campuses • Design and facilitate regular Teacher Leader cohort meetings to build capacity, calibrate expectations, and share best practices across campuses • Provide Teacher Leaders with structured coaching resources, implementation guides, and leadership development pathways that extend program influence without requiring direct Program Lead presence at every campus Data Monitoring and Program Quality (15%) • Work with the Data Team to monitor program-level metrics and track implementation quality across all assigned campuses • Use program and assessment data to identify campuses requiring targeted support and to inform resource revisions • Establish quality assurance processes for program materials, compliance documentation, and implementation standards • Analyze student outcome data and Teacher Leader effectiveness to make data-driven recommendations for program improvement • Clearly communicate program updates, expectations, and standards to campus leaders and Teacher Leaders through regular communication channels Professional Development and Campus Alignment (35%) • Design and deliver network-wide professional development for campus administrators, Teacher Leaders, and teachers in the assigned program area, with emphasis on building instructional leadership capacity and implementation consistency across all campuses • Provide differentiated support to campuses based on need, using a combination of direct visits, Teacher Leader deployment, virtual coaching, and targeted PD • Partner with Managing Directors and campus administrators to align program priorities with school-level goals, coaching leaders on effective program implementation and ensuring shared accountability for outcomes • Conduct structured campus walkthroughs and program reviews across the full por Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
