<p><p><b>Surrey | Hybrid (2–3 days in office) </b> </p> <p>This is one of those roles where FP&A is actually at the centre of the business. </p> <p>Not sat in the background producing reports. </p> <p>Not just updating spreadsheets that go nowhere. </p> <p>This is about owning the numbers that drive decision making. </p> <p>You would be joining a PE backed business that is scaling quickly, investing properly and building out a finance function that can support the next phase of growth. </p> <p>There is real momentum here. The kind where things are moving, evolving and improving constantly. And finance is right in the middle of it. </p> <p>The role is broad, commercial and genuinely impactful. You will take full ownership of the budgeting process, lead on FP&A reporting across the business, and manage the valuation model that underpins key strategic decisions. </p> <p>This is not just about reporting what has happened. It is about modelling what could happen next. </p> <p>You will be working closely with senior stakeholders, partnering across departments, and helping shape the direction of the business through insight and analysis. There is also the opportunity to develop a junior team member, adding a leadership angle to the role early on. </p> <h2>WISH LIST </h2> <ul> <li>Qualified ACA or ACCA </li> <li>2 to 5 years PQE </li> <li>Strong FP&A experience within a multi-entity or growing environment </li> <li>Experience with valuation modelling and scenario analysis </li> <li>Advanced Excel skills </li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business </li> <li>Strong communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholders </li> </ul> <h2>THE ROLE </h2> <ul> <li>Ownership of the company valuation model and scenario planning </li> <li>Full responsibility for the annual budgeting process </li> <li>Monthly FP&A reporting with meaningful KPI insight </li> <li>Partnering with department heads to support decision making </li> <li>Supporting and developing a junior FP&A resource </li> <li>Ad hoc analysis to support wider business functions </li> <li>Working closely with the Group Financial Controller on strategic initiatives </li> </ul> <h2>YOUR PROFILE </h2> <ul> <li>Someone who enjoys being close to the detail but equally comfortable stepping back and looking at the bigger picture. </li> <li>You like understanding how a business actually works.
