This role helps ensure accurate, organized, and timely financial operations while supporting the Finance team’s broader analytical and strategic objectives.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Financial Analysis & Reporting Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with financial modeling activities, including data preparation, validation, and organization</li> <li>Support the preparation of recurring and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards</li> <li>Help gather, organize, and maintain financial data used for analysis, forecasting, and leadership reporting</li> </ul> <p><strong>Treasury & Finance Operations Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with treasury-related administrative tasks such as tracking banking activity, documentation, and reconciliations support</li> <li>Help maintain records related to cash management, banking portals, and treasury controls</li> <li>Support internal tracking of financial activity to ensure accuracy and audit readiness</li> </ul> <p><strong>Administrative & Departmental Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide general administrative support to the Finance department, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation</li> <li>Assist with maintaining organized digital finance files in accordance with internal controls and retention standards</li> <li>Support internal finance workflows and help route requests, approvals, and follow-ups as needed</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency within the Finance team</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Value to the Team</strong></p> <p>The Financial Operations Assistant supports the Finance team by ensuring financial data, reports, and administrative processes are accurate, well-organized, and timely.
