As a Financial Aid Advisor, you’ll do more than process paperwork—you’ll guide students and families through one of the most important decisions of their educational journey with clarity, care, and confidence.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of service, compliance, and student advocacy, and who wants their work to directly impact lives and future healthcare professionals.  What You’ll Do  As a Financial Aid Advisor, you will serve as a trusted resource for students and families by:  Guiding students through the financial aid process, from FAFSA completion to award packaging  Reviewing and analyzing financial aid applications to determine eligibility for federal, state, and institutional aid  Awarding and adjusting aid packages in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies  Counseling students and families through individual appointments, workshops, phone calls, email, and virtual tools  Managing verification files, resolving discrepancies, and submitting required corrections  Evaluating special and unusual circumstances with sound judgment and empathy  Collaborating across departments to support enrollment, retention, and student satisfaction  Presenting at orientations, information sessions, and student forums  Supporting exit counseling for students who withdraw or graduate  Contributing to team initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and university events  Your work ensures students have access to the resources they need—and the confidence to move forward.  What’s in It for You  At Joyce University, we believe taking care of our people is essential to taking care of our students.
