Federal Recruiter
Provide leadership, support, and vision during the process of acquiring and placing applicants to meet the staffing needs of the company and shares responsibility for reducing turnover within the company by staffing positions with quality candidates that meet the criteria of the positions.

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Recruiter Federal: Pay commensurate with experience.

Role Overview
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts supporting federal government contracting programs by sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified talent while ensuring compliance with federal hiring regulations and organizational staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared positions
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, events, and passive outreach
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications
Maintain accurate ATS documentation, disposition codes, and recruiting records
Support pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and verifications
Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO/AA, Native Preference, and federal contracting requirements
Analyze market trends and provide staffing recommendations
Support college outreach, recruiting events, and strategic hiring initiatives
Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracting or cleared recruiting
Knowledge of DoD/IC recruiting, security clearances, and federal hiring regulations
Experience with enterprise ATS and CRM platforms
Strong sourcing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Proven success in a metrics-driven recruiting environment
