Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth within the federal market for RiskRecon, a Mastercard Cyber Security Solution.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the federal government to promote RiskRecon's cyber security solutions.
Utilize expert knowledge of federal sales processes to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and differentiate RiskRecon's offerings.
Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to upper management.
Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and policies related to sales activities.
Represent RiskRecon and Mastercard at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and professional growth.
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate the value and benefits of RiskRecon's solutions to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and partnerships within the federal government and cyber security industry.
Continuously assess and improve sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
