Team Function:
Responsible for designing and developing learning materials for various audiences across the Customer and Agent Solutions business segment.
Role Description:
Develops scalable, engaging solutions tailored to the provided project scopes. Acts as an in-house content designer, contributing to employee performance, productivity, and growth through cost-effective learning experiences.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in a similar role, preferrable with design experience
- Experience with learning platforms
- Fluent English
- It is an advantage: Content creation for social media

- MIcrosoft Office

- Camtasia or Adobe Premier
