About the Role

In this role, you'll assist clients with planning family-focused vacations, coordinating travel arrangements, and identifying travel options that fit their preferences, schedules, and budgets. From theme park adventures and beach vacations to cruises and multi-generational trips, you'll help families organize travel experiences they can enjoy together.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
Help clients explore vacation options designed for families of all sizes
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, cruises, attractions, and vacation packages
Research destinations and travel opportunities through approved supplier networks
Recommend travel experiences based on client interests, budgets, and travel goals
Assist with reservation requests, trip confirmations, and itinerary organization
Provide support before, during, and after the planning process
Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
Stay informed about destination updates, family-friendly attractions, and supplier promotions
Participate in virtual training sessions and educational opportunities
