Childs Play Wonderschool is looking for a Family Support Customer Service Representative to provide remote support to families and assist with customer service inquiries. This role focuses on helping parents and guardians with account assistance, scheduling support, enrollment questions, and general customer service needs.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist families with account and enrollment support
Provide scheduling and general administrative assistance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
